There's no place like home... When our senior parents and grandparents have lived in their homes for 30, 40 or even 50 years, the last thing they want to do is leave. Many are medically stable and do not require skilled nursing, but our daily lives and commitments often make it difficult or impossible for us to provide the basic assistance they need. This is precisely the purpose for which Heart 2 Heart Caregivers was created - to provide special in-home care services to the elderly. At Heart 2 Heart Caregivers, we help you choose a person who is sensitive to your individual at-home care needs. We serve our clients by placing bonded, responsible and compatible Caregivers into the homes of those who desire the benefits of assisted living in order to remain in their home - the setting of their greatest peace and comfort. Our Caregivers are carefully screened... as are their references and credentials. Each referred Caregiver is interviewed and oriented to ensure they understand our clients' personal quality care needs as they provide a helping hand at home. |
